July 1, 2026 expansion
As of July 1, 2026, individuals already enrolled in the iBudget Developmental Disabilities Waiver or the SMMC Long-Term Care program who meet base criteria may transfer enrollment into the ICMC Program.
Eligibility
- Reside in Florida and are Medicaid eligible
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a developmental disability as defined in s. 393.063, F.S.
- Are in any pre-enrollment category for iBudget waiver services — or, as of July 1, 2026, may transfer from iBudget or LTC if criteria are met
Participant Direction Option (PDO)
- Participant Direction Option (PDO) lets members hire, train, schedule, and supervise direct service workers (including family when allowed)
- The plan and Fiscal/Employer Agent handle payroll — not this app
- Family caregivers may earn income for care already provided under PDO rules
