2.Complete your profile
County, languages, experience, specialties, and privacy. Screening status is self-attested — official Level 2 clearance is still required before paid care.
3.Get matched and apply
Browse openings, post availability, and express interest. Turn on job alerts when enabled so new county matches reach you by email.

Families set rates within CDC+ / self-direction budgets. Platform listing fees are not your wages and are not billed to Medicaid.
You are hired by the family (or as their employee of record under program rules) — not by CDC+ Connect.

- Is CDC+ Connect a staffing agency?
- No. This is a marketplace and public information resource. Families remain the employer of record under CDC+ and related self-direction rules. We do not payroll or place workers as an agency.
- Do I need an account to browse jobs?
- No. Anyone can read the job board, resources, and program guides without signing in. Sign in is only required to post availability, complete a caregiver profile, or use private account tools.
- Who sets pay rates?
- Families set pay within their program budget and rules. Any platform fee on job listings is not caregiver wages and is not Medicaid billing.
- What about background screening?
- Florida Level 2 background screening is required before paid services under program rules. Status on this site is self-reported and not verified by CDC+ Connect. Complete official clearance before starting care.
- Is this APD or AHCA?
- No. CDC+ Connect is an independent platform, not APD, AHCA, Florida Community Care, or any Medicaid plan. Use official agency channels for enrollment and payroll.
