| Representative | Helps manage the program / decisions; advocate |
| Paid caregiver / DHE | Provides services and is paid via F/EA |
| Consultant | Trained WSC providing CDC+ technical assistance |
Conflict rule (CDC+)
A family member cannot serve as the representative if they will also provide paid services for that consumer. Plan roles carefully before hiring.
