Looking for a reliable direct support worker for weekday afternoons. Help with community outings, meal prep, and daily living skills. CDC+ consumer / representative will onboard through official F/EA after mutual fit. Level 2 clearance required before start.

Hours/week: 20

Schedule: Mon–Fri 1–5 PM

Pay note: Discuss rate with family (CDC+ budget)
